We have a nice Fully Equipped 3 Bedroom Cottage on 17 Foote Street in Old Orchard Beach close to everything. It's a short 10 minute walk or less to the many attractions and family amusements on 7 Miles of beautiful sandy beach.
We also have a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. We rent from 12:00 Pm Sunday to 10:00Am Fridy (3 day min.) for those people who work weekends, its also fully equipped with Air Conditioning, Washer Dryer, Cable TV and a Computer with internet. Pictures of 17A Foote St Here.
We do allow Pets depending on size and breed.
There is great nightlife at "The Pier" Your children will love theAmusement Parks and Arcades all 3/10ths of a mile or a 10 minute walk from the cottage. The Cottage sleeps 8 very comfortably.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with the 3rd being the small room in front. This Cottage will sleep 2 adults on Queen beds in each bedroom,( 2 Queen Bedrooms) 1 adult or child on a single bed in the small front room,(linens supplied) 2 adults on the Queen Sleep sofa and 2 guests if desired on a Queen Sleep Sofa in the large laundry room. All Linens, Sheets, Towels Etc. are included. Washer and dryer use free of charge. Cottage will sleep 8 comfortably. The living room has a television with cable TV. VCR & DVD. There is also a Cable television in the large eat in kitchen with stove. 3/4 bathroom with a large shower. The Laundry room has a non cable TV for YOUR Game Cube, PS2 or Game Station there is also a Queen sleep sofa in the laundry room .
There is a nice fenced in backyard with a deck and gas grill for you to enjoy your meals. Off street parking for 2 to 3 cars depending upon size. There is a municipal parking lot which closes at 2:00 am 4 blocks from the cottage. There is also a privately owned parking lot that is available for a fee 2 blocks from the cottage if you have guests enjoying the beach and amusements for the day.
