We named 6 Scollard, "SERENITY" because of it's location and spectacular ocean views! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8-10 people.

 

Sit on the second floor balcony, fully furnished with patio furniture, watch the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze.

 

Opening the patio doors, the sounds of the ocean fill the air as you relax and unwind on your seaside vacation.

 

This spacious, newly renovated, two-story cottage is located steps from the beach, on a private dead end street.  It is bright, breezy and very clean. Included with this cottage are FOUR on-site private parking spaces. 

 

The first floor has an air-conditioned, master bedroom with two queen beds and a mounted flat-screen TV.

The large, downstairs bathroom has a shower and a separate room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

 

Upstairs, the open concept design includes a spacious living room with wrap-around couch, mounted 46-inch flat-screen TV, open eat-in kitchen. WiFi and air-conditioning. A bathroom and two additional bedrooms, each with a new queen pillow-top mattress, complete the upstairs. One bedroom enjoys a beautiful ocean view. The full bathroom is newly renovated and includes a bathtub/shower and marble countertop.

 

 

Outside, you will find a comfortable patio complete with BBQ, table and chairs and patio furniture, at the side of the house.

 

 

 

For larger groups of up to 20 people, we invite you to rent both our cottages which are adjacent to each other, with parking for 8 cars.
